The Shimunek Residence is a new construction home located in Godfrey, IL.  The Owner hired Side Road Studio to create concept drawings from which a contractor could build the home.  The home sits on 20 acres, most of which is restored prairie boasting beautiful views and a field full of native plants, flowers, insects and birds.

The budget for this home was quite modest; under $200,000.  The Owners moved in in July 2019.
