They needed help to space plan this room to make it work for their young family. This room was zoned with an adult living area a kid's zone a dining space and the kitchen.

Marcos and his family have a large, open-concept living room. They were looking for help with space planning (lots of doorways and an angled fireplace made furniture arrangement difficult) and turning their space into a colorful and vibrant hub for the family.

Lindsay recently moved to NYC from a single family home to a small studio apartment. Her goal was to make it as comfortable and light/spacious as possible. The plan had to include her existing queen bed on addition to bar seating for the kitchen and a comfy living room.

The owner was looking for an update to their current plan and decor. Through this design I flipped the location of the living room and dining room spaces to give the living area a much larger and generous space that is light filled. New accents and existing furniture pieces come together to make a serene space.
