The Larson Residence - Eau Claire, WI

The Larson family is a family of six.  With their three eldest sons quickly approaching driving age, the Larsons requested we design a new two-car garage in addition to their current oversized one-car garage.  While addressing the needs of parking and storage we quickly realized that the home needed some help.  It is a conglomeration of additions that overlooked the presence and feel of the house-specifically to the visitor.  While the back of the house is very open and has amazing views of the wooded property, the front of the house was neglected.  Here you see the new garage addition and the existing house (white) with new windows and elements added to give it heirarchy and a true sense of entry.
