This piece of custom furniture was designed for the Myers family (my house!).  All we wanted was a fun loft bed for our then four-year-old son.  We could not find a single bed at any store online or in person that we loved, fit the space, matched our style or our budget.  We finally decided it was time to design and build our own.  First came a 3D model and then this bed was built in our very own basement workshop.
